Hello. This is Jiku from the Inishie R plusA blog.
Being normal is difficult. Being stereotyped is what is normal. Being average is also normal. However, being normal is actually being above average in all skills and having no flaws.
In other words, normal means perfection, and even if you have abilities that are somewhat above average, abilities that are a little above average are probably not valued as much.
Of course, abilities that are outstanding and stand out from the crowd will be considered excellent. However, people will not value average abilities very much. However, bad points are often noticed and pointed out.
Three 80s seem more average than outstanding, but if you get two 90s and one 30, people tend to focus on the 30. Of course, if you have one 120, the 30 deductions will be overlooked.
People tend to prefer a demerit system that focuses on the bad points to a merit system that focuses on the good points. However, even if you have one 120-point item, it’s not difficult to succeed if you stand out from the crowd. Let’s develop our strengths rather than our weaknesses. Do your best!
